Troy Wilkerson
Our founder, Troy, started doing epoxy floors in 2006 in the state of Kentucky. He ran a very successful company until the end of 2022, when he relocated to Phoenix, Arizona for the next adventure in his career. Through the years, Troy trained many contractors on how to install epoxy floors. His protege is his son, Trevor. He worked hands on with Troy for over two years in Kentucky.
Now, Troy, Trevor and a small support team bring to you Next Gen Epoxy, where quality and experience are second to none.
Jason Hawk
I’m Jason Hawk, my wife Amy and I moved to Phoenix in search of warmer winters. We have two boys in Kansas City and our two girls moved with us to Phoenix. I have worked with clients for close to 20 years assisting in all aspects of home renovation from roof to foundation.
I am excited to bring my expertise to Next Gen Epoxy and give the greater Phoenix Metro the most professional experience with our proven top of the line service & products made right here in Phoenix.
Megan Ogorchock
My name is Megan Ogorchock. I am Troy’s daughter and Trevor’s older sister. I graduated from the University of Kentucky with a degree in Marketing and Public Relations. I recently got married and am now expecting my first child.
I have always been interested in working in the home design and improvement industry so being able to help make your home dreams a reality is very enjoyable for me.
